Aunt Boo's Rhubarb Pudding
 
 
3/4 cup sugar
 
1/2 cup shortening
 
1 egg
 
1/2 cup milk
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
1 1/2 cup flour
 
1 1/2 teaspoon combination baking powder
 
1 1/2 cup raw rhubarb cut or any other tart fruit
 
 
Combine all of the above ingredients and place in a rectangular pan...bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes...enjoy
