Chicken Breasts Piquant
 
 
3/4 cup red wine
 
1/4 cup soy sauce
 
1/4 cup canola oil
 
2 tablespoons water
 
1 clove of garlic
 
1 teaspoon ginger
 
3 teaspoons oregano
 
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
 
3 split chicken breasts
 
 
 
Combine the first eight ingredients and pour over the chicken breasts in a casserole dish.  Cover and cook at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.  Serve with rice.
