Noodles
 
 
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
 
1 egg
 
1 tablespoon water
 
1 teaspoon oil
 
 
Knead and let rest for 1 hour...roll them out and let dry slightly...cut in to noodles.
 
**Other variations: Instead of all-purpose flour you could use semolina or half flour and half semolina
